1. Using Tyggs
These Terms apply to Tyggs websites, games, Tyde mobile features, Tyggs Arcade, Tyggs Pass, support services, and related products. By using Tyggs, you agree to these Terms.
2. Tyggs Account
A Tyggs Account may be used across Tyggs products. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping sign-in access secure.
3. Tyggs Pass
Tyggs Pass is an optional $4.99/month recurring subscription. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and Pass benefits are described in the Tyggs Pass Terms.
4. Arcade Coins, rewards, and promotions
Arcade Coins and similar in-product items are promotional free-play items unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not cash, are not deposits, and cannot be redeemed directly for money. Promotions, rewards, redemptions, and prize availability are subject to change and may be paused, substituted, or discontinued at any time. No prize, reward, or outcome is guaranteed.
5. Fair use
Do not abuse, exploit, automate, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attack Tyggs products. Tyggs may suspend accounts, limit features, void promotional benefits, or deny support for fraud, abuse, payment disputes, chargebacks, or rule violations.
6. Content and ownership
Tyggs products, code, art, music, names, and designs are owned by Tyggs or its licensors. You may use Tyggs products for personal, lawful use only unless we give written permission otherwise.
7. Changes and availability
Tyggs products are evolving. Features may change, break, be delayed, or be discontinued. We try to keep things working, but availability is not guaranteed.

Tyggs products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.
