1. Price and renewal
Tyggs Pass costs $4.99 per month plus any applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize Tyggs and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
2. What Tyggs Pass includes
Tyggs Pass is intended to unlock Tyggs-related products and features, including Tyggs-published games, Tyde mobile unlocks, online multiplayer access for supported Tyggs games, and no paid DLC gates for Tyggs-published game content. In Tyggs Arcade, Pass may reduce interruptions by handling eligible promotional Coin top-ups automatically instead of showing a manual top-up prompt.
3. Arcade Coins and promotions
Arcade Coins are promotional free-play items. They are not cash, are not sold separately, and cannot be redeemed directly for money. Tyggs Pass does not guarantee any prize, reward, redemption, or outcome. Prizes, rewards, redemptions, Arcade top-up behavior, and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed, paused, substituted, or discontinued at any time.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel Tyggs Pass at any time through the account billing portal or by contacting tyggs.com/support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or separately stated, partial-month refunds are not provided.
5. Changes to Tyggs Pass
Tyggs may add, remove, or modify Pass benefits over time. If the subscription price changes, we will provide notice before charging the new price where required.
6. Abuse and eligibility
Tyggs may suspend or limit Pass benefits for fraud, abuse, automated play, attempts to exploit rewards, payment disputes, chargebacks, or violations of the Tyggs Terms.
