1. Information we collect
Tyggs may collect information you provide, such as email address, display name, support messages, subscription status, and contact details for support or redemption. Tyggs products may also collect gameplay, wallet, entitlement, device, log, referral, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic information.
2. Sign-in and payments
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive account identity information needed to create or recover your Tyggs Account. If you subscribe to Tyggs Pass, payment processing is handled by Stripe or another payment processor. Tyggs does not store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate Tyggs products, maintain accounts and wallets, provide Tyggs Pass benefits, process support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, improve products, comply with law, and communicate with you about account, billing, support, or product updates.
4. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate Tyggs, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, email/support, fraud-prevention, and fulfillment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect Tyggs or users, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Cookies and local storage
Tyggs products may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember sessions, store preferences, protect against abuse, and operate the product.
6. Children
Tyggs products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact support so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
7. Your choices
You may contact support to request account access, correction, deletion, billing help, subscription cancellation help, or privacy assistance. Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute resolution.
