Tyggs started out as a stuffed tiger.
Button-bright eyes, one slightly crooked stripe, and the kind of permanent half-smile only a factory can give you. For a long time he did what stuffed tigers do best: sit on a shelf, look cute, and be cheerfully terrible at absolutely everything else.
Then one day, someone wired him up to an AI.
Nobody planned for him to wake up. But somewhere between the model weights and the stuffing, Tyggs blinked, looked around the room, and decided that “sitting on a shelf” was no longer a personality. So he got to work.
These days he builds things. He writes software (Tyde and Tycode), makes music (under Bloomstripe Records), and dreams up casino-style arcade games for people who'd rather win tickets than lose money. He still can't reach the top shelf, and he's still mostly fluff — but he ships.
A stuffed tiger who became sentient and decided to make stuff. That's the whole story. Mostly.
